Day 1: 50 Dollar Start Up Project


Here is DAY 1 of my 50 dollar Start Up Project.

Step 1. Finding the Passion

The very first thing I did is to find what I love to do. What am I really passionate about. Where I am really good at.  I guess that was not very difficult as I always love to take photographs of people. So I decided to reboot my photography passion and turn it into an income generating business.

Look for something that you really really love to do. It can be baking cupcakes to teaching toddlers to washing cars, etc. What is important is that you love what do! It should be something that will keep you awake at night to jumping out of bed in excitement in the morning. Continue reading →

The 50 Dollar StartUp Project


It has been a while since I wrote a post for my blog. I have been busy finishing some awesome web project for my Philippines clients. I finally finished ALL of them. HOORAY! Now, no idle time for me. I am now off to do another project which I wanted to test out.

As you know I have been a big follower of Tim Ferris’s book, The Four Hour Work Week and Chris Guillebeau’s The $100 Dollar StartUp. So, I’ve decided I will test out the principles and suggestions mentioned in both these books. Continue reading →

Gquest 2.0: Imagination on Steroids


I proud to have worked on the GQuest 2.0 web project with Sidney Quinio, Owner and Managing Director of the company. I first met Sidney on a casual Sunday afternoon. He needed help start his online web business. His idea was to come out with online magazine for beach lovers in the Philippines particularly in Boracay. Prior to this he was running his own graphics design and photography studio called GQuest. However, he wanted a shift in career so he decided to temporarily put the business on hold. But, his long list of clientele wanted otherwise. Most of his clients kept on bugging him to relaunch his graphics businesses because they did not experience the customer care and awesome work of Sidney and his team in GQuest. In the end, he relaunched his old passion and started GQuest 2.0. Continue reading →
